Turkish American Society of Michigan Water Well Project
Embrace Relief and Turkish American Society of Michigan’s “Water Wells” campaign is easing the difficulty of obtaining drinking water in Haiti, Senegal, Sudan, Kenya, Niger, Nigeria, Somalia, Chad and Cameroon.
The droughts worsen and even drought-resistant camels are beginning to die. The death of the camels is an alarming sign that other less resistant wildlife are in greater danger. It is clear that the living conditions are unbearable in a place where wild animals who are accustomed to extremely hard conditions die. This is even worse for people living in these regions because they have almost no drinking water. As human beings we should keep helping those who are in need.
The locals living in these regions cannot obtain clean water, due to droughts, lack of infrastructure and past conflicts.
You can contribute any amount to help us build wells. All of the donations are added up until we have enough to build a well.
If you donate a full well we will send you a Photo and Video of the well along with the well’s ID Form as you can see below.
A water well takes 1-3 months to be constructed (depending on the country).
